Playful Spirit Youth Program and CSL Rogue Valley Teen Program
At CSL Rogue Valley, we are building a thriving program for children and teens that share tools to support them in finding personal self-empowerment through spiritual awakening. It is our mission to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn. We have Youth Advisors that have been vetted and inspired to teach a unique program each Sunday. Our goal is to supply young people with effective strategies to deepen their own spiritual practices, such as meditation and mindfulness, as well as connect them with a unique environment of peer love and support.
Meet Our Youth Director
Hi! I'm Tamara McDermott, Youth Director for CSL Rogue Valley.
I have a long history of working with children as a mother, grandmother, auntie and mentor. I love learning and teaching about the spirit in all things, and our intrinsic connection to all of life.
In my day-to-day life I work in marketing for a nonprofit and I am an entrepreneur in Mind-Body Coaching and Somatic Trauma Healing. It is an honor to create a sense of harmony, peace and love as a respite for us all.

These are some of the subjects we focus on, just to name a few. We do our best to accommodate the ever-changing needs and subjects that are accurate for what our youth are interested in.
Because we are a small community, we have blended groups with diverse age ranges.

CSL Teen Camp
Our regional teen camps focus on metaphysical principles and individual discovery. Each event helps to form lifelong friendships and build self-trust.
